It indexes an organization’s documents, communications, datasets and other content wherever it resides using pre-built connectors and crawlers for data sources such as Amazon Kendra, Amazon S3, Amazon RDS, Salesforce, SharePoint, MySQL and many more<\/a><\/span>.<\/a><\/p>\n

Unlike traditional keyword-based enterprise search tools, users interact with Amazon Q Business using regular conversational text. It understands nuances in queries and disambiguates between similar concepts to return the most relevant results with citations linking back to the original source data.<\/p>\n

As a fully managed cloud service it provides ease of deployment, customizable features, and robust security and access controls expected from an AWS service – minimizing the burden of deploying and maintaining complex search infrastructure.<\/p>\n<\/div>
